Located in beautiful,
historic downtown Pikeville, Tennessee, Perfect Light Gallery occupies a
two story brick building at 421 Spring Street. The building is at the
corner of Main Street and Spring Street, across from the Bledsoe County
courthouse. Built in 1918 the building housed the US Post Office for
many years. The building underwent a complete restoration in 2004 to
become the home of Perfect Light Gallery. The building retains much of
its original charm.
The gallery focuses on photographic art, primarily in color. The
resident artist is John Hargis. His specialty is landscapes and his
images are sold across America. Guest artist include Tom Cory,
Nationally known photographer and teacher, Dan Williams, one of
America’s best bird photographers, Tom Wood, award winning, emerging
wildlife photographer, and local artist Bobby Worthington.
